DEA Requirements – Substance Abuse (10 AMA PRA – Category 1 CME)

This 10 CME course meets the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) requirement that as of June 27, 2023, new or renewing DEA registrants must complete a minimum of 8 hours of accredited continuing education (CE) on the treatment and management of patients with opioid or other substance use disorders before renewing their license.

Cancellation Policy

A course may be cancelled up to 7 days before the seminar is scheduled to take place. Once we recieve back the seminar material we will refund your tuition, minus a $50 administrative fee, to your credit card.

COURSE MATERIALS CANNOT BE REISSUED. Keep your original course materials and photocopies of your test forms until you have received full credit and documentation from TMS. Replacement test forms will be provided at a charge of $15 per test form. No exceptions.
